Fall into your Wellness Rhythm is a workshop series designed for anyone looking to deepen their wellness practices in community this autumn.
We will deepen our mindfulness practices through yoga, meditation, individual journal prompts and group reflections.
We will build our skills, expand our tool box and create routines around grounding, exploring emotions and self compassion.
By the end of the fall series, you’ll feel more connected to yourself and to your vision of what it means to lead and be well. You’ll have practiced strong wellness routines and definitely expanded your community.

What do you crave as summer melts in to fall?
When summer shifts to fall, it’s common to crave routines, nourishment, and a sense of investing in future selves. As students return to school, teachers and leaders build relationships and lay the foundations for learning that will carry them through the whole of the year. Thoughtful gardeners plant the seeds in the fall, so the bright blooms of flowers will be ready to emerge in spring, having been tended to all throughout autumn and the winter. Animals gather resources to store for the winter so that when the days are shorter and colder, they will have everything they need.
We can take care of ourselves in the same way. Setting up routines that provide connection and intentional reflection as well as release stress can soon become a way of being, so that when tougher days are ahead, we are equipped with tools that sustain our wellbeing.
It is my hope that this fall workshop series lays that same foundation for you. I hope you add to your toolkit of wellness practices, deepen the ones you already have, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others in the process.
