What to Expect:

  • A lightly structured routine: Each session will begin with a check in, mindfulness practice, celebration of wins, coaching around your chosen area of focus, and commitments moving forward.

  • Empowered choice:  As the client, you are the driver of our coaching experience.  Your topics, your inquiries, and your growth determine the agenda.  Think of me as your guide, bringing you back to you.

  • Reflection Time: One of the most impactful parts about coaching is the time it allows for life to pause and process.  The reflection and insights that happen in our sessions, as well as in between, are an essential part of reducing stress and increasing wellbeing.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal and professional wellness goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

In these partnerships, we have the time and space to surface the current realities, recognize the impact of our current realities, explore emotions and create new practices.

In our time together, we’ll design or revise a vision rooted in your values and a shared mission around equity, create inquiry questions to explore ways of being, beliefs, mindsets and behaviors that can bring your vision to life and work together to navigate, celebrate and articulate growth.

In all areas, we explore emotions that are present for ourselves and others. We will also prioritize your wellness, because we need to take care of ourselves if we are going to continue to show up and serve our communities, and because we deserve to be our most joyful and authentic selves in our work.
