Hi!
One of my absolute favorite things in the entire world to do is bring incredible people together - that may or may not know each other - and facilitate experiences where they get to create connections, deepen relationships, and leave feeling inspired and grounded.
I also know that you are someone who holds A LOT. Goals for yourself, dreams for your families, intentions for your professional and personal pursuits, likely the safety and belonging of other communities (schools, families, pets, those for whom you are caregiving, teams, etc).
What I have learned from working with women just like you over the past years, is the power of allowing time for INTEGRATION. Intentional pauses during key moments in the day, week, month, and year. This might be a quick journal session at the end of the day, a more thorough reflection at the end of the month, or it could be a deep energetic cleanse and reset at the end of a season.
Last summer, I hosted an “Integration Retreat” for the women who joined me on the journey of writing "It's All Connected”, and it was the exhale we all needed after the magic of the year together. It was such a beautiful trip, and we decided then and there, it had to be a tradition.
So here we are. And it’s expanding. This June, I’m hosting a “Connected Leadership: A chakra-inspired weekend retreat for women who lead” in Guerneville, CA for those desiring an intentional refresh as we wrap up the first half of 2026 and move into the summer months. You are on my very intentional, dream list of who I would LOVE to join this retreat.
For some of you, you'll have just finished the school year - as an educator or parent. For others - it’s the seasonal shift that maybe invites in more play, travel, and joy. Whatever is true for you, these long days of light on June 12th - 14th, will be perfect for grounding walks through the redwoods, relaxing afternoons by the pool, cozy campfire conversations, and transformational, intentional leadership workshops throughout. Yoga, delicious food, and plenty of time to journal included as well, obviously.

A weekend leadership and wellness retreat in the gorgeous glamping retreat getaway in Guerneville. Surrounded by nature, and just a few minutes walk to the cute downtown, this weekend will be the perfect blend of relaxation, connection, inspiration and integration.
Days will be balanced by leadership learnings (leadership identity and evolution, connections with others, embodied alignment), and wellness (yoga, Redwood forest strolls, riverside chats, free time by the pool). We will strategically move through the chakras - balancing both in our bodies as well as our leadership.

Where will we stay?
We’ll stay at Surrey Russian River Glamping Resort. Just minutes from the cutest downtown as well as the Russian River and Redwood forests, we’ll have everything we need! Share a glamping tent with another retreat guest or request to have a single tent.
All guests will receive more information from Jess around logistics, packing lists, etc as we get closer to the retreat!
