Small Business Saturday!

Small Business Saturday!

You're building a career, growing a business, leading people, nurturing relationships, dreaming big, and doing approximately a million other things.

But in the middle of making things happen, are you making space for yourself?

Meet the Lead and Be Well™ Quarterly Planner; your invitation to slow down, dream big, get intentional, and create a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

It's where your expansive dreams meet your everyday to-do list. Where professional ambition gets to sit alongside personal fulfillment. Where planning your life becomes a  (dare I say it, FUN??) opportunity to reconnect with how you actually want to live it.

Daily intentional rituals.

Practice choosing what truly matters.

And a whole lot more room to lead and be well.

Seasonal planning for intentional leaders who want time to reflect on who they want to be, not just what they want to do.

Your next chapter is ready for you to begin!

Possibility paired with Intention

You know how to get things done.

You make the lists, show up for the meetings, answer the emails, care for the people you love, and keep all those big ideas moving forward.

But what if your planning practice could do more than help you squeeze one more thing into your day?

What if it helped you get clear on what matters most? Make choices that feel aligned with your values? Remember who you want to be while you're busy creating an impact out in the world?

That's the heart of Lead and Be Well.

This isn't about optimizing or urgency.  (Trust me, I’ve done that for years and am continuing to unlearn those tendencies in favor of showing up with presence.)

It’s about getting clear on what matters, making meaningful moves, and creating rituals that support the life you're building.

It's about carving out space to pause, dream, choose, plan, reflect, and begin again.

Because you're a whole human being, not a walking to-do list.

And you deserve a planning practice that remembers and reflects that.

Meet your new favorite planning ritual.

Imagine opening your planner at the beginning of a new quarter.

A fresh page. A little breathing room. The chance to ask yourself:

  • What matters to me right now?

  • What am I ready to create?

  • How do I want to feel as I move through the next 90 days?

From there, you get to turn those answers into a vision, meaningful intentions, and practical plans you can actually use.

Imagine cozying up with your planner each Monday morning and feeling clear about what matters most.

Imagine making progress on a meaningful goal without abandoning your own well-being in the process.

Imagine having a place to hold your professional ambitions, personal dreams, everyday responsibilities, and those little intentions that make life feel more like yours.

Imagine ending the week with a moment to pause, take stock, celebrate a win, and decide what you want to carry forward.

The goal is not absolutely not perfection - it’s presence and intention.  It’s room for ambition AND rest, meaningful action AND reflection, showing up for others AND showing up for yourself.

Each season is unique, and you get to show up for it, fully and wholeheartedly.

Inside your Lead and Be Well™ Quarterly Planner, you'll find space to:

DREAM BIGGER

Reconnect with your vision, explore the possibilities, and give yourself permission to want what you want.

GET CLEAR ON WHAT MATTERS

Name your priorities for this season of life and define success in a way that feels true to YOU.

MAKE A PLAN THAT FITS YOUR LIFE

Bring your intentions into your monthly and weekly calendars, organize your tasks, and make room for the things that need your attention.

LEAD YOURSELF WITH INTENTION

Choose the mindset, qualities, and inner leadership you want to bring into your work, your relationships, and your everyday life.

PAUSE, REFLECT, AND CELEBRATE

Make space to notice what you're learning, acknowledge your progress, and decide what you want to carry forward.

And the best part?

You don't have to do it all perfectly.

Use the pages that serve you. Skip what doesn't. Make it your own.

This planner is here to support your life - it is not to give you another thing to feel behind on.

It's about more than what you do. It's about who you get to be.

Here's what makes Lead and Be Well different:

Most planning tools help you figure out what needs to get done.

This one invites you to explore something equally important:

Who do you want to be as you do it?

Maybe you want to lead with more confidence. Trust your intuition. Make room for creativity. Speak your truth. Strengthen your connections. Come back to your purpose. Offer yourself the same love and compassion you so freely give to everyone else.

These aren't just lovely ideas to think about someday.

They're qualities you can practice, one day and one choice at a time.

That's why the planner weaves together seven leadership themes:

  • Purpose: I am grounded in what matters.

  • Creativity: I make room for joy and possibility.

  • Confidence: I trust myself to take the next step.

  • Love: I give and receive with an open heart.

  • Truth: I honor my voice and listen with intention.

  • Intuition: I trust my inner wisdom.

  • Connection: I remember that we are all connected.

Inspired by the themes explored in my book, It's All Connected: An Interactive Leadership and Healing Journey Through the Chakras, these seven pathways offer affirmations and invitations to reconnect with the qualities you want to embody.

Every time we practice connecting to these energies within ourselves, the deeper those grooves become in the fabric of who we already are, and reminders help strengthen that connection.

Choose a mantra for the day. Write it down. Carry it into a challenging conversation, a big decision, a creative project, or an ordinary Tuesday.

Let it remind you that the way you lead your life starts with how you show up for it.

Structure when you need it. Freedom when you don't.

Let's be honest: some weeks you are a planning queen. Other weeks, you're just happy to have found your keys.

I get it.

Lead and Be Well is designed with structured flexibility - thoughtful guidance without a rigid set of rules.

You'll have prompts to spark reflection, calendars to help organize your time, and space to dream, write, plan, and make sense of what's unfolding.

But you decide how to use it.

Choose the 90 days that make sense for you. Set your own definition of success. Create a planning ritual that works with your life, your energy, and your existing systems.

Fill in every page if that feels good. Or use the planner as your go-to space for weekly intentions and reflections.

There is no one right way to do this.

The goal isn't to become the woman who has the most perfectly completed planner.

It's to become more intentional about the life you're already living.

Picture yourself 90 days from now.

You open your planner and see more than a record of everything you've done.

You see the priorities you honored. The ideas you gave room to grow. The boundaries you practiced. The moments you chose to pause before saying yes. The ways you showed up for yourself and the people around you.

Maybe you've made progress on a big professional goal. Maybe you've found a little more breathing room in your week. Maybe you've started listening to your intuition instead of talking yourself out of what you know.

Maybe you've simply gotten better at asking, "What matters most right now?"

Those things count.

You don't need to reinvent yourself in 90 days. You don't need a five-step morning routine or a completely color-coded calendar. Although you know I love mine ;)

You just need a little space to get intentional about what comes next.

And you deserve to enjoy the process.

Your rituals become your rhythms.

Slide it into your bag. Keep it beside your computer. Open it with your morning coffee. Let it sit on your nightstand as a gentle reminder to check in with yourself before the day is done.

Use it to plan the big things, capture the little things, and reconnect with the things that matter most.

Let it become the place where your vision meets your calendar, your intentions meet your actions, and your leadership meets your well-being.

Most of all, let it remind you that you don't have to choose between doing meaningful things and feeling good in your life.

You deserve both.

And yes, you can use all of your cutest pens.

A Note From the Author

Jessica Boots is a writer, leadership coach, yoga teacher, and mother. She founded Lead & Be Well, a coaching company that supports introspective growth-seekers in evolving their leadership by integrating personal wellness, yoga, mindfulness, and professional strategy.

Hi!!

I made this quarterly planner because this is the exact process I use (and have used) for years to feel balanced in my personal and professional life AND bring BIG dreams to reality.  Building a business.  Writing and publishing a book.  Creating countless memories with my family and being genuinely happy in my motherhood and partnership roles.  Life isn’t always easy, and there is always more that we “could” be doing.  What I love about the work of prioritizing, especially for a season, is that it’s a reminder to focus on what matters most.  To be clear around what is a YES and what is a NO.  And then to shift the focus between what I want to create AND who I want to be in the process.

I honestly wanted to create this planner for myself, and to be able to share with all of my coaching clients who also love doing this quarterly planning work with me.  I have shared a version of this framework for years in free workshops (hello, Prioritize and Be Well!) and love how it evolves based on the leader who uses it.  It's a light structure.  It’s designed to be a starting point and then to work for you.  You can get as detailed as you like - if you know me well, I love both the big vision and the color coded details and make space for both here.

Some weeks you'll want to map it all out. Other weeks, you'll need a little space to breathe, reflect, and figure out what comes next.

I’ve got you!  I planned for both.

Ultimately, I hope this is a beautiful tool that you reach for each season.  That you think, “my best friend/mom/colleague/solopreneur coworking buddy” would LOVE this and that it becomes an easy gift for a leader in your life that you love.  That’s it’s a way to treat yourself - knowing that is a tiny investment with a huge payoff.

I hope you love it.  That’s the dream for anything I create for you.  That it makes you more able to show up presently and intentionally to your life, because you deserve it.

Lots of love,

Jess
