Winter Wellness is a 6 week virtual workshop series designed for anyone looking to deepen their wellness practices in community this winter.
We will deepen our mindfulness practices through yoga, meditation, individual journal prompts and group reflections.
We will build our skills, expand our tool box and create routines around grounding meditations, balanced yoga flows, and a commitment to self compassion.
The wisdom from the yoga sutras gives us a framework through sustained effort, self study and surrender.
By the end of the winter series, you’ll feel more connected to yourself and to your vision of what it means to lead and be well. You’ll have practiced strong wellness routines and definitely expanded your community.

What does Winter Wellness mean to you?
Winter gives us an opportunity to turn inward, refresh our habits and patterns and choose - again and again - how we want to show up in our lives. In the quiet that we create by intentionally moving, breathing and sitting together, this is an opportunity to begin 2024 with love, self reflection and mindfulness that finds its way off of our mats into our daily interactions.

Six LIVE workshops & the replays!
Each week will include:
weekly themed yoga that is balanced, soft and strong, followed by guided meditation and a sweet savasana
follow up emails with journal prompts & reflection questions related to the week’s theme
opportunities to share in small groups
